Die umlaufende Holzleiste zum Verbinden des Ober und Unterdecks ist eingebaut. Mit der Leiste haben wir am Heck begonnen und dann Schraube um Schraube fixiert um der Rumpfbiegung exakt zu folgen. Die Leiste ist mit M6 x 45 Senkkopfschrauben befestigt und wurde nicht geklebt. Die Oberseite wurde mit einem Hobel noch an die Form des Oberdecks angepasst um die spätere Montage zu erleichtern. Die Vereinigung von Ober und Unterdeck erfolgt in kürze. Auf den Bildern erkennt man einen Versatz der Schrauben, dieser war nicht unbedingt gewollt aber ließ sich aufgrund der alten Bohrungen im Rumpf die wir verwedet haben nicht vermeiden.

The wooden beam to connect the hull and the superstructure is finally installed. With the beam we started at the rear part of the boat and mounted it screw by screw to follow the curved form of the hull. The beam is fastened with M6 x 45 flat head screws and is not glued at all. The top side of the beam was adapted to the shape of the superstructure to facilitate the later assembly. The assembly of upper deck and the hull is coming soon. In the pictures you can see an offset of the screws, this was not intentional but we have to use the old holes in the hull so it couldn´t be avoided.
